保温墙体问题处理
一、保温层脱落
因为使用材料的质量问题、施工过程不注意等原因,外墙保温板材容易出现移位、空鼓、脱落,浆体保温层存在空鼓和脱落。如果没有及时处理,墙面的保温效果会大打折扣。
原因:
1、基层结构因素。框架结构外墙在砼梁柱和砌体接缝处,易发生因砌体变形而造成的保温层破坏。脚手架洞口等未砌实,形成保温层局部基层不牢而破坏。外墙装饰构件固定不牢、移位,形成推拉作用,使保温层局部空鼓、产生裂纹后长期渗水,最终导致保温层脱落;
2、抗压措施不当。保温板表面荷载过大,或对负风压抵抗措施采用不合理,如沿海地区或高层建筑外墙采用非钉粘结合的粘结方式,极易使保温板块被风压破坏而空鼓脱落;
3、墙体界面处理不当。除黏土砖墙外,其他墙体均应用界面砂浆处理后再涂抹浆体保温材料,否则易造成保温层直接空鼓或界面处理材质失效,形成界面层与主体墙空鼓,连带形成保温层空鼓。保温板表面也需要使用界面砂浆处理,否则也会造成保温层局部空鼓。
